    Summary: This platform use Bi polar scale to calculate the behavioral score of the employees. Suggest corrective measure to improve. Sync with calendar provides events specific and timely. Digital badge makes it more fruitful. For better understanding push notifications is there. The best part is its customisable behaviour function makes it more interesting. Moreover they have dedicated customer service.

    Positive: Bi polar scale, a comprehensive scale to rate the behaviour of employee based on feedback from managers, colleagues etc. Digital badges to promote peers. Suggest corrective measure to improve behaviour based on score earned. Sync with calendar, push notifications available for iOS, Android and Pcs Dedicated customer service.

    Negative: So far there is nothing that is dislike about the software.
