K8 Field Service Description

K8 Field Service or K8 Manufacturing can be accessed from your smartphone. Connect to your system using Wi-Fi and mobile data. You can work offline, your changes will be saved and synced when you have internet access. View job details, history, customer information, parts needed. Regular job updates are sent and received. This keeps the device in sync to K8 Field Service and keeps the service desk informed about job progress. K8 Manufacturing receives scans and matches them for shipping/delivery notes and invoicing. K8 Field Service connects to your system. This allows you full control over who and what devices can connect. The information is not stored on a central server.
