Hosting multiple sites with Wordpress & OpenCart Date: Dec 06 2022
Summary: Overall I don't have any real complaints other than the fact that I can't access their really good deals because I'm not starting new websites very often, and the fact that they slowed themselves down by 'upgrading' the dashboard. It would take quite a bit for me to be willing to move to another provider but every year at renewal time I do check out other hosting sites.
Positive: I like the fact that I can control and access eight different websites that I currently manage by signing in to cpanel. We use WordPress on most of them and I have OpenCart installed on one of them. On several occasions I've used their 24/7 support and they were fast and efficient.
Negative: They're always running specials for first time users, but have never rewarded me for the decade of business I've given them, I would appreciate it if they would create a special coupon or sale that I could use to renew all of my different subscriptions.

In the past several years they updated their dashboard and since then everything has slowed down. Used to be you would just sign in to cpanel and access everything from there, but I think they tried to make a more user friendly interface for people with no experience and I find that it is more confusing now, and seems to have slowed down their servers.
