Junoon helps millions of blue collar workers get basic, standard and effective vocational job training through Covid. The world's greatest economic hardship is going completely unnoticed. In India, hundreds of millions of blue collar workers are left without jobs. This segment of society has not seen much progress. Junoon has created simple vocation training materials and a job engine to help these workers return to the job market with standard or enhanced skills. Junoon's goal is to make the bottom 450 million Indians more relevant, make them economically viable, improve their skills, and help them return to the job market against the backdrop of massive unemployment and Covid led hardship. Many millions of blue-collar workers remain stuck in their hometowns. They cannot find work until they return to metro cities. If they are not guaranteed a job, they are also stuck. They don't know anything that is related to working from home.
