    Slow and poor quality CRM

    Summary: Not simple to use and there are vastly better CRM systems out there.

    Positive: Based on salesforce, you can text but its not very intuitive and lots of screens to click through!

    Negative: Based on salesforce - you can copy it yourself by hiring some devs-

    Deceptive billing practices.
