Summary: Overall, the Jesta Vision Suite is a mature tool that can be trusted to run for a long time. The technical support is also good and very responsive.

Positive: Jesta Vision Suite is very comprehensive which can cater to many business use cases. Also, the technical support is good and very responsive.

Negative: The user interface looks old and I think its using a Legacy version of Java which is version 1.8.

Summary: great to have another year on it developing out and making it a more tailored product for our needs

Positive: The support staff especially on the Merch/WMS side is amazing. Speed is great when dealing inside the product

Negative: Definitely some gaps and defects to still work out

Summary: Jesta is easy to navigate and allows our workflow to be done with simplicity. Jesta has increased our efficiency and work accuracy due to it minimizing human errors.

Positive: - I like the amount of reports provided, it makes gathering data very simple
- Jesta has created an increase in efficiency by allowing real-time tracking

Negative: At times Jesta has gone through downtime which disrupts daily operations.

Summary: The platform remains a reliable and flexible tool with a user-friendly interface, helpful support, and useful features for inventory maintenance. While we've noticed a slight slowdown in performance recently, it still supports our daily operations effectively.

Positive: the platform offers a simple, user-friendly interface that’s intuitive to navigate and easily customizable to suit our specific operational needs. We consistently receive prompt, knowledgeable support whenever we encounter questions or issues, which helps minimize downtime and maintain smooth daily operations.

Additionally, the system includes expanded options for inventory maintenance, which gives us greater flexibility and control in managing stock-related tasks more efficiently. The platform’s adaptability allows us to tailor workflows as our processes evolve, and regular updates ensure ongoing improvements in performance and usability. The reliability and responsiveness of both the tool and the support team have made it a valuable asset to our operations.

Negative: We've found the platform valuable overall, but there are a few areas for improvement. Performance can be slow at times, particularly with larger data sets.

Summary: Overall experience is really good.
The applications are easy to use with minimal training.
The support and delivery team is accountable and responsive.

Positive: Prompt reply from the team.
Very collaborative, and approachable.
Wide range of products and applications.

Negative: The design of the product could be made better.

Summary: Overall support from Jesta has been great and turnaround time for solutions are typically done in a timely manner.

Positive: Simple to navigate through the various modules. Easy for new users to follow processing within the applications with proper documentation.

Negative: Sometimes drops in performance while loading screens. Not particularly a fan of having only 5 modules open within the Vision DC. No export buttons for all screens with tables (based on previous experience with other WMS systems).

Summary: Jesta is a solid, reliable tool for procurement and inventory management, but it comes with a steep learning curve. While it excels at tracking multi-location operations and handling heavy data, the user interface is dated and not very intuitive. It is a powerful system, but it could definitely benefit from a more modern, streamlined update to make daily tasks faster.

Positive: We use Jesta for our inventory management / procurement / retail operations, and it has been a highly effective tool for our team. The platform is robust and handles our complex supply chain needs well, from purchase order management to inventory tracking across multiple locations. It provides the visibility we need to keep our operations running smoothly. Overall, a very reliable and comprehensive system

Negative: The system handles our core supply chain operations well, but it can be quite rigid. Customizing workflows is difficult, and we sometimes experience lag when running heavy inventory reports or managing large volumes of POs.

Summary: Overall not great experience with the program I find it to manual on many aspects and would love the system can use more AI or BI programs.

Positive: Level of detail that the program can carry, ability to create / modify reports in a very short way (personalized reports)

Negative: Need to create a very single report, will be great to have kinda templates for s very important KPIs of the company. Very manual work, will be great if the system can use AI or data to suggest decisions.
