Summary: Overall the experience has been really positive. I really enjoy working with the Jesta team to improve, enhance and resolve issues.

Positive: - the system is fairly easy to use and intuitive
- we have a really strong relationship with both the support and development teams. teams are great to work with and fully supportive and are very knowledgeable.
- we are able to work with support and development teams to enhance the system to meet our specific business needs

Negative: - resolutions to cases can be take longer than expected to resolve, occasionally we need to follow up. but understand there are often moving parts behind the scenes that we are not aware of

Summary: Jesta and JD work very closely together and we've developed a very symbiotic working relationship, which we value very dearly.

Positive: - Jesta provides JD a lot of services that are critical for store operations
- Jesta is very accommodating for new business requirements
- From a support perspective, Jesta is responsive and helpful when incidents arise
- Jesta is very responsive when it comes to accommodating for upgrade cycles

Negative: - the tech stack could be updated
- there are occasionally discrepancies between different agents when it comes to recommendations and fixes for particular issues
- wondering if there's a possibility we can automate some of the update/upgrade processes

Summary: Great overall UX experience. Effective & the learning model improves with the more it is used. Satisfied.

Positive: Intuitive interface that has improved over time. Great tool on the retail and back end. Overall happy with the product

Negative: Lag Time can sometimes be an issue but the back end team has been great at improving that

Negative: The platform is functional, but the interface could be more modern and user-friendly. Some processes are not always clear without additional guidance, and certain support requests can take longer than expected to be reviewed or resolved.

Summary: Overall a great experience. Jesta has been a dependable, foundational part of our ecommerce operations, and the support team has been excellent to work with.

Positive: Jesta makes it easy to create customized reports, and it's simple to navigate through the various modules.

Negative: There's a bit of a learning curve at first, and the UI could feel a bit more modern.

Summary: Great. All the POS and basic features are user friendly and work well which makes training new employees easy.

Positive: POS has a user friendly interface. System is intuitive and the inventory feature helps locate product and manage stock.

Negative: The new AI applications are still a work in progress.

Summary: It's been over 2 years since using Jesta in my daily work life and it's been going much more smoothly than the previous systems that were being used. It has helped make our our inventory management more efficient, which has in turned lead to better inventory tracking and less variance when performing validations.

Customer Support is also always ready to assist if you ever run into any issues.

Positive: The reporting tools provided are easy to use and you're able to add include as much or as little detail as you want when doing any sort of validating.

It also provides good real-time visibility on inventory tracking and order fulfillment, making inventory management and sales performance easy to track.

Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with the tools.

Summary: We utilize multiple Jesta systems: POS, Merch and WMS so their being able to communicate is key and overall Jesta works to get the job done.

Positive: It is exciting to hear the RFID project advancements!
Any suggestions or needs we have related to projects you are already working on seem to be prioritized - which is great partnership.

Negative: Some processes take a long time. Some processes involve a lot of steps or clicks.

Summary: Overall Jesta is growing and is going in the right direction. Feedback was given on visit. Hoping for future advancement in booking and putaways.

Positive: Interface is easy to use, reporting has advanced on details.
Jesta is open to updates and refinements.

Negative: Still limitations in some areas when requesting reports.

Summary: Overall my experience has been very positive and our team has felt very empowered to use Jesta daily to help provide insights on the business as a whole.

Positive: Jesta is able to run prompted reports quickly and efficiently, regardless of file size. There is also an incredible amount of customization available to us as an organization with reports which enables us to quickly scale our reporting to changing needs.

Negative: There is definitely a learning curve with some of Jesta's functions and the UI is not entirely intuitive. The biggest challenge is price changes, which follows a set of very unintuitive steps/processes.

Summary: The vision suite itself has been very very good to work along side as it provides many aspects we need to support our business from many facets.

Positive: I like how the ERP itself and team behind it are willing to keep continually providing updates as appropriate. This has really bought into our end user experience and helps buy confidence.

Also the support has been excellent, the consistency, language and overall solution packages provided from my perspective been nothing short great

Negative: Some of the UI could use refinement as it does not optimize the process the system itself lays out, hindering end user success.
