    Best CAD value EVER

    Date: Jan 14 2022

Summary: With a 30-day money back guarantee, you have nothing to lose. If you are a CAD user, you won't have a problem transitioning to TrueCAD.

Positive: TrueCAD uses the latest IntelliCAD engine 10.1A, which is outstanding. There is a minimal learning curve if you are migrating from AutoCAD. You can customize the UI. It's fast and reliable. The price is better than any other IntelliCAD reseller.

Negative: Nothing. To keep their price low, the support is based on emails. That's acceptable.

Support is very bad and product is not up for serious production

    Date: Dec 03 2022

Summary: This was setup multiple posts and used extensively by myself and a team of project engineers, all very well rounded in 2D drafting project design.
If you're looking to replace AutoCAD or something similar with this, in a minimally serious setting, this is not a solution.

Positive: Overall interface is friendly to users of AutoCAD, although the UI design is dated. There are some small features that actually improve the experience (stress on small).

Negative: There is not a clear and unique point of entry for support and replies come from random general email accounts, and it became very evident that the detailed attached information on bugs and issues weren't even opened by anyone. The one person that actually seemed to actually read some of the reported content (weeks after) never replied back.
The product is far from ready for production. It crashes very often (on newly setup Windows 10 machines), more so with larger files, and support is exceptionally bad.
DWF exporting is filled with issues and is unusable for production. Using DWF and PDF as XREFs is also very flimsy and impossible with larger files.
