Ivno already offer tools and features like sending automatic cart abandonment recovery emails to our customers, paired with our most effective strategy for higher Ivno conversion such as offering and automatically applying a 10% discount to customers items when the select ´Pay with Ivno´ on checkout.

Summary: Overall, Ivno has been an excellent experience for our company. After testing multiple providers, Ivno stood out because of its simplicity, fast onboarding, and reliable payment processing. Positive: Ivno has been very smooth to use for our online business. The dashboard is clean, transactions are processed quickly, and the WooCommerce integration was surprisingly easy to configure. I also like the merchant tools and reporting section because it helps us track payments and customer activity in one place. The API documentation is clear enough for developers and the onboarding process was much faster compared to other payment providers we tested.

Negative: Right now the gateway supports major ecommerce stores and platform, about sixteen of them if I remember correctly. That's way overly robust API. Would love to see even more integrations added as the platform continues to grow. Excellent works.

The 100% chargeback protection provides incredible peace of mind for our high-risk transactions, letting us focus on growth. What I like most about Ivno is the cart abandonment recovery feature and the fact that we are allowed to pass fee to customers or split it 50/50 between us and our customers or just absorb the fee so our customers wont have to worry about fees.

Negative: The dashboard interface took a little bit of time to get used to initially, but it works flawlessly now and provides all the reporting data we need including keeping our accounting clean using its CSV export and transaction filters.
