Investor Description
Investor is a software that allows you to calculate profit, price, estimate, and price different investment strategies (Hedge or Arbitrage, Speculate, etc.). The underlying assets (stocks and currencies, etc.) and derivatives (Options, Forwards, etc.). Investor analyzes different combinations of Calls and Puts, portfolios and Options, Spreads (Bull/Bear, Butterfly, Calendar), Combinations (Strangles, Straddles, Strips, Straps) as well as exact and approximate methods for Option pricing. It performs Black-Scholes analysis of European Options, analytic approximations on American Options, and it constructs binomial tree. The help panes for investors describe each part of the software with its underlying formulas. Investor allows interactive graph building and allows for graph dynamic manipulation using sliders and text fields.
