Summary: Overall it's a good, fast and easy way to build application even without many programming skills and with a little experience you are able to extend the Intrexx standard functions even more using your own code.

Positive: - Has a fast and easy Setup even for starters
- It is easy to build responsive web applications, intranets and many more
- It's easy to integrate and use external databases
- Has a very user friendly interface and a good usability

Negative: - Licensing model can be Improved
- Debugging options could be improved

Summary: My experience so far has been mostly positive but I have had a few problems as well. However, these could mostly be solved.

Positive: I like that you can work with Intrexx very well even if you don't know the program because it is relatively easy to use and understand. I had no idea about Intrexx at the beginning but was able to work with it after a few hours. There is also a lot of good help offered if you don't understand something or something doesn't work.

Negative: There are some small bugs depending on the version. Each version has its own bugs and unfortunately there is no Intrexx version that is perfect yet.

Summary: Overall a pleasant experience until now, had few problems with the program.

Positive: Easy to use and get into.

Negative: Sometimes a bit restricting.

Summary: - Is really nice and cool for smaller thinks.
- Need more for bigger projects when it is harder to code.

Positive: - Easy to understand.
- Easy to use and understand.
- Many options make work easier.

Negative: - More options to put some scripts on objects.
- More help for the library.

Summary: The variety is impressive. Standard applications can be used immediately and individually adapted.

Positive: The scope of services is impressive and goes beyond a pure intranet. The portal can be designed very easily with the Designer: colors, fonts, symbols, buttons or menu structures can be selected with a click of the mouse. Intrexx has various tools that simplify work and thus redesign work processes and working environments.

Negative: Since Intrexx is so extensive, a certain amount of know-how is required.

Summary: Although its really easy to use, many of the basic functionalities like permalinks in tables do not work properly.

Positive: - Simple Sybase Database Connection via jconn3.jar
-Easy to use GUI
-Language-based constants are the best

Negative: -Web sockets don't work in Intrexx 20.03
-"myCompany"-Design is just not that nice

Summary: Overall Intrexx is easy to use and for small projects perfect as soon as its a bigger project it takes a while to take the control. Overall its good but it could be way better.

Positive: Easy to handle, many useable features, good ways to create a design and use it on any app you want.

Negative: I don't like that you are forced to use the Intrexx commands and it sometimes really gets in the way, that the code does not change anything because Intrexx already controls it.

Summary: We realized an intranet with a lot of applications and are very happy with the product and our partners.

Positive: - Easy and fast development
- Framework for quick solutions
- Open interfaces to other systems
- Social network, notification system and process solutions in one platform
- Complete applications out of the box
- Fair licence pricing
- Easy to realise projects

Negative: - Sometimes performance issues (when it comes to big company's with lot of content and users).
- From time to time the visual output feels not state of the art.
- Updates are sometimes not that easy than they should be.

Summary: Overall, it's a great tool to improve productivity and helps to bring customer-centricity to a new level.

Positive: - Complete package for application development bundled with business process management and administration.
- Significantly speeds up Web/Mobile application development
- Seamless integration with external components.
- No/Low code platform which increases the rate of software delivery.

Negative: - May sometime take up too long to publish an application
- Debugging an application can be challenging.

Summary: Thanks to the broad range of business adapters, APIs and drivers
we realized apps for nearly every business application (CRM, QM, complaints MGMT, measures MGMT etc.)

Positive: - supports a broad range of browsers
- easy development of web applications
- simply realization of various layouts
- open interfaces to other systems
- in-house support center with fast responding time

Negative: - some problems need profound programming skills
- the licensing pricing deals severely with smaller companies
- cumbersome updates under version 19.03

Summary: I would say, the first steps are simple but if you want to get to the End-Game you need to get used to Groovy, Java Script and Velocity.

Positive: Thanks to been low code you can get results quite easy and fast.
If you need more options you can expand it with Groovy, Java Script and Velocity.

Negative: Sometimes you need same tricks to position your Objects so it looks exactly like you want.

Summary: I work daily with Intrexx and in my opinion it is a very comfy tool to create applications for both our company and our customers.
Sometimes there are strange errors which appear on very rare cases, but when they do their helpdesk is ready and able to help fast.

Positive: - A versatile user/dev is able to create application modules and workflows (e.g. for mail or Share notifications).
- Good API documentation.
- Many possibilities to connect to other systems (MFiles, AD, Office365, you name it).
- Java-based (Groovy, Velocity, Java).
- Cross-platform (I'm developing on MacOS).
- Good and fast helpdesk.

Negative: - It's hard to find ready-to-use solutions by myself (AppStore).

Summary: Regarding the projects we have realized so far, we can say that Intrexx offers a broad range of business adapters, APIs and drivers that put us in the position to access almost every type of datasource (read & write). In our case, we have connected the following tools to our Intrexx Portal: ERP, CRM, Support Portal as well as timekeeping :)

Positive: - Supports a broad range of databases (e.g. commercial as well as non-commercial ones)
- Supports all browsers
- Inhouse Support Center

Negative: - Backend is quite complex
- No freeware edition available (e.g. Sharepoint Foundation)

Summary: Overall, I think the world is a better place with the help of Intrexx. They only need to make it more easy to use for developers.

Positive: You obtain simple and functional tools designed to improve the workflow of your business with close to no coding experience. If you choose to have knowledgeable developers work with Intrexx, you will have better apps in a shorter amount of time than if you chose to build the respective tool from zero, code-only.

Negative: It's low-code, not zero-code, so if the Intrexx developer does not have coding experience it might be a challenge to design a truly powerful app and reach the high potential that Intrexx has. Also, there are some tool limitations which you can overcome by getting to know it really well.

Summary: As a user, if I can pay for the product I'm very happy about the functionalities, features and intuitive design, but as a developer I have to say, that the product has many tiny drawbacks which make the development much more complex, irritating and even few times longer than it could potentially be. But I believe that United Planet is doing their best to improve the product quality for the best experience possible.

Positive: From user's point of view, it's easy to use system with intuitive interface and with high practical benefits. Properly written system can be fully managed and supported by Intrexx developers.
From developer's point of view, it is a great idea of being able to develop complex web systems many times faster than by a regular development. It's a low code platform with some built in features which make developers live much easier.

Negative: As a user I'd say low desing and styling options.
As a developer, the product has some annoying bugs and misses some interesting features, which both make the low code platform not so low code with increased need of dummy scripting to achieve the required behavior. The product is in my opinion either overpriced, or users are being charged for every single Intrexx request.
