    Positive: The tool can also be very helpful in finding improvements and moving the program toward better options. Our business can grow with this program.

    It is very easy to use. Great tracking of incoming customers.

    This management program is my favorite.

    It has helped our office become more efficient and give us better information.

    Negative: There is currently a problem with the database. If the computer screen is blocked, it is difficult to respond in real time.

    Sometimes they had to wait my turn because it was a small family business.

    In 1% of the cases it failed.

    Customers didn't need to be told they had to call us to pay by card.
