Interview Signal is a desktop application designed for those conducting job interviews, including agency recruiters, in-house recruiters, and hiring managers. This tool records the interview directly on the interviewer's computer, ensuring that no automated systems interfere, and it is compatible with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and phone interviews.

During the interview, users benefit from a real-time transcript and a question guide derived from the job description, allowing them to mark essential questions as they are asked while receiving suggestions for follow-up inquiries. Once the interview concludes, it generates a comprehensive scorecard where every score is backed by a quote verified against the transcript, along with a client submittal formatted in the agency's specific template, all within roughly one minute. For onsite interviews, the application facilitates the distribution of questions among multiple interviewers, enabling them to easily track which questions have been addressed.

All data—transcripts, quotes, candidate names, notes, and submittals—remain securely on the recruiter's device and are not uploaded to any external servers, ensuring confidentiality. The app features a consent line that can be read aloud and a convenient one-click pause option for added flexibility during the interview process.
