    Summary: Highly recommend Interpreter IO for any language services provider who provides (or is entering the market for) interpreting services.
    I am the Operations Manager and my team handle between 5,000-10,000 requests per month.
    This is a true enterprise interpreter management software solution.
    The system was suitable for us when we were smaller and it continues to support our growth.

    Positive: Supports distributed team (cloud software is a necessity in Covid times).
    Extensive capabilities.
    Real time viewing of status.
    Includes advanced capabilities for onsite, telephone and video interpreting.
    Flexibility - We can update many aspects of the system without needing any programming.
    Accessible by clients and interpreters as well.

    Great reporting - we can drag and drop to create our own reports.
