IntelliVision facial recognition software searches a database of faces and compares them to the scene to find a match. Face Recognition detects faces within the camera's field-of-view - up to 15 at a time - and matches them with faces stored in the database. Anti-spoofing is achieved by "liveness" testing, which does not require a stereo or 3D camera. Faces can be entered into the database using either existing still images or the video camera. IntelliVision's License Plate Recognition has matured over many years of use. It takes into account variables like movement and high speeds that are natural to vehicle monitoring.
