    Summary: Instanta has proven to be a reliable CMMS tool with the ability to increase scalability as your business needs grow.

    Positive: Instanta captures all data from all properties and also provides analysis and insights on the status of the apartments and/or work orders.

    Negative: The user Interface could be better designed and the notifications can be better too.

    Summary: My experience with Instanta was okay and makes my job very easy. It a good FM Tool that every FM personnel must be able to use to make their job seamless.

    Summary: Very good, the switch from our previous management software is really worth it after using Instanta Facility for some years now.

    Positive: The quick response for close out or cancellation of a work request without creating a job order is one of the coolest features here.

    Negative: Job order creation looks too much and I think it should be fine tuned.
