    Summary: Very good, the switch from our previous management software is really worth it after using Instanta Facility for some years now.

    Positive: The quick response for close out or cancellation of a work request without creating a job order is one of the coolest features here.

    Negative: Job order creation looks too much and I think it should be fine tuned.
