Summary: My company uses Inspired Technology Systems (ITS) as a Logistics and Cold Storage system. We are live and use this system on a daily basis. We are currently in the process of onboarding the distribution aspect of ITS.
I began my position right in the middle of onboarding ITS into our company, so I had to completely learn all of the aspects, shortcuts, and processes from scratch. Thankfully, this system is incredibly user-friendly and it didn't take much time at all for me to get familiar and comfortable with the nuances of ITS. I also have not had any trouble at all teaching the system to co-workers (both younger and older) or customers (to view live inventory) that need access to it.
My experience with ITS as a company has been excellent. The owner, David Scotti, is very friendly and eager to make any changes that would help our company and users utilize the system more efficiently. When I have any questions or run into an issue I am unsure on how to fix, Danielle Winters always answers my calls and assists me until we get it resolved. Both Danielle, David, and the rest of the ITS team are proactive about resolving issues that I might not be aware of happening until they tell me. They care about the system and their customers which is clear to see with their excellent customer service.
We are a small company and up until the ITS system, we have done our work manually via spreadsheets and excel documents. We were able to change certain aspects of ITS (that would work for larger companies) to fit our own unique needs. The system is highly customizable. David and Danielle worked hard with us to make the system efficient and take out unnecessary steps we faced when using our manual process. We also made changes to how we view the system, search for inventory and how it appears, invoice/BOL information, and entering inbound/outbound orders that benefitted not only ourselves, but our customers too.
My favorite aspect of ITS is the ability to automate certain processes. On the billing side, I like that I can have an invoice be automatically sent to customers once complete. Or, I can have certain services be automatically added to orders that are applicable. It saves me time and energy I can focus on other projects, and gives me peace of mind knowing all the steps were completed correctly.
A bonus of ITS is the regular updates. If something was created specifically for one customer that could benefit everyone using the system, it is shared alongside a FAQ of how to use those services.
There are some aspects of the system that can be tedious, such as the specifics needed to search certain items, or getting some billing information to display a certain way. But these are very minimal and do not cause major grievances.
I am very satisfied with my experience of ITS, and the people who are a part of it. I would highly recommend this system (especially if you are a small company) as the customization and service is unbeatable.Positive: - Very user-friendly, even for users that aren't technologically advanced.
- The customer support is excellent, phone calls are almost always answered and if not, I've always received a call back once support is available. The same goes for email.
- The system is very customizable, we are able to make changes to the system the best suits the needs for our warehouse and administrative team.
- The system is efficient and cuts out the unnecessary steps that would be required for a manual system.
- Regular updates that add better shortcuts for certain processes, as well as creating new modules that may benefit particular businesses.
- Ability to automate certain billing and service items.Negative: - Some search aspects of the system (like the inventory or open orders) can be simplified a little more.

Summary: David and his team were a dream to work with. Easy to use system and over the top customer service.
Positive: This system is extremely easy to use at all job levels. My customers love the online "real time" portal. It works seamlessly on all operating systems, including my cell phone. Their customer service is superior and far more attentive than the others I have experienced.
Negative: There is nothing lacking in this system. David and his team are constantly rolling out new updates and new features to enhance our experience.

Summary: The software is simple and it works well. It has been easy to train new personnel.
The price is really reasonable for the features and level of support.
The owner was very hands-on and helped us barcode our warehouse.Positive: Only software we found which supports both our businesses of Food Distribution and Frozen Storage.
Works on any device including older scan guns, smart phones, and even apple computers.
Has AR, AP, a CRM, and a Calendar we use for our food manufacturing business.
The inventory expiration notifications has saved us several times.Negative: On-site installation option required an IBMi server so we went with the Cloud option.

Summary: Our company's overall experience has been excellent. The data migration and transition from our prior software to Inspired was seamless. David's dedication to the on-boarding process and customer satisfaction is exemplary. Both he and his support team have been readily accessible for all of our users questions, with timely phone and email responses. I would recommend David and the Inspired software without reservation.

Summary: Excellent! We started a cold storage facility and setting up the software was not a challenge. Owner was very responsive and listened to our questions and concerns.
