Fantastic Bid Management Software - Saves time!

    Date: Aug 19 2021

Summary: This software helps simplify our bidding process through its id wizard feature. That alone has saved us time and money, because it works as easy as copy and paste. The cloud-based software allows us all to work remotely and still be on the same page and up to date. Overall, this is a highly reliable and well thought out software.

Positive: Cloud based so accessible to our team no matter where they are working from. This software helps us manage risks when it comes to our capital projects. We utilize the bid wizard when we score new projects. This allows us to easily setup the jobs through copying cost breakdowns from previous jobs, account codes and so on. This frees up a lot of time and resources to do things we can't just copy over.

Negative: Pretty in-depth so takes some time to figure out and work through. Overall, no complaints once you figure it out.
