A great all-in-one ETL platform Edited: Jul 19 2021
Summary: Overall, Improvado is amazing. We recommend it to anyone who deals with marketing data-related activities on a daily basis.
Positive: Improvado has been a true game-changer for us ever since the integration. Previously, we’ve lacked data granularity and couldn’t find a scalable way to organize data from our advertising platforms. With Improvado, we streamline data to a dedicated data warehouse where all information is being organized and transformed automatically. I like the organizational level that we’ve managed to achieve with this product. Another thing we admire is reporting automation. With normalized data across our company, we’ve been able to automate marketing reporting. We share these reports with the sales department and board of directors to brainstorm and define areas of improvement. With the automation of routine processes, we can allocate more time to higher priority tasks.
Negative: I wish the UI interface was more comprehensive for new users. Some of my colleagues needed my explanations to realize how some features work. Otherwise, I can’t pinpoint any other drawbacks.
