    Positive: I recommend ICTBroadcast as a professional system to call center owners, and It is an in-one software solution with advanced queue management and an agent panel interface. I worked with its IVR Studio and found it a brilliant feature, and it helped me to design complex IVR scenarios with simple drag-and-drop tools very quickly. I did not find such a beautiful l feature in any other call center software. Awesome experience.

    Negative: I found the new campaign creation process a little complicated, and it can be managed more user-friendly, especially since user input validation is not professionally managed.
