    Great Conversational AI solution for enterprises

    Summary: Great platform to serve enterprises in verticals like Healthcare, and Real estate. It seems like it was built for enterprises as you get ready use cases and rarely need to create your own (which is pretty easy as well).
    What we liked most about the platform is the fact that when your website or app is being updated with new content you don't need to do anything, it just updates automatically.

    Positive: * Best customer service + customer success
    * Uses a knowledge graph instead of the usual 'tree' structure so maintenance is almost zero
    * It seems like they always improve the product and listening to any customer concern very carefully.

    Negative: * Still in its early stages so there's a lot of work to be done.
