HyperIP Description

HyperIP is a software WAN optimizer (virtual appliance). It runs within your existing ESX/vSphere and Hyper-V infrastructure. It improves the performance of storage replication, backup applications, long-distance vMotion, and other bulk data move technologies. Privately held NetEx was founded in March 1999 as a spinoff of Storage Technology Corporation (StorageTek®, which is now part of Oracle following a previous acquisition by SUN Microsystems). NetEx has been providing data transport solutions for over 20 years. NetEx HyperIP virtual appliance software for WAN optimization meets the needs of hundreds of the most advanced and demanding organizations around the globe. NetEx customers include small and medium businesses, mid-tier firms, small to medium enterprises, and enterprise-class organizations.
