Summary: My overall experience with HostFe.com is much better than other hosting providers which I worked with before. Like I said, It is life saver for business owner without a tech background.

Summary: Switched to HostFe for my hosting needs, and I must say, it has been one of the best decisions I've made, Several months now, and my experience has been absolutely fantastic.

Positive: Competitive pricing with no hidden fees, offering great value for the features provided.

Offers excellent uptime, ensuring your website is almost always accessible

Exceptional Customer Support , responsive, and highly knowledgeable.

Negative: HostFe charges for additional website migrations after the first free one.

Summary: Not recommended, as they use silly trick to sell their backup plans separately, and can delete your data anytime with no accountability

Positive: I am using Cloud Hosting (cloud-three) Pricing for cloud hosting is fine. Cpanel design is also fair enough

Negative: 1) Risk of your data, they can suddenly delete all your data. Happened with me and search on internet, done with many.
2) Will also not help to restore the data. You have to additionally purchase backup plan (I think to sell this, they deleted your data)
3) Not customer care support to talk, only thru ticket

Summary: Please run away from them.

They offer you least price but they never provide you service or nothing.

Positive: Nothing to like.

By mistake i purchased and i get very worst and poor service even never seen l2 engineers for support.

Negative: - service
- behaviour
- non answering
- delete data under name of maintain and never took responsibility
- always replied query send to l2 engineer i never get replied from l2 engineers

Summary: They are fraud and cheaters.

They cheat people with one company name.
Once they are done cheating enough people they change name of the company.

And their servers have some serious problems many times.
They can delete your data and databases anytime.

Happened with me 2 times in last 3-4 months.

Positive: They change company name to whitewash their image once cheat enough peoples.
There is no pro for these people.

Negative: Their servers have some serious problems many times.
They can delete your data and databases anytime.

The server has a very long initial response time of 21.1 seconds.

This is why my website takes about 23 seconds to load.

Positive: No benefits found yet.
Respond quickly to tickets and emails. Other than that, I don't think there are any advantages worth mentioning.

Negative: Please don't buy their service even for free.

I have used their cheapest plan to their top-end plan which is hyper cloud hosting.


Don't buy any service from them just because they are cheap.
Believe me, you will regret, buy from anywhere but not from this.

They are making you a fool by claiming to have unlimited storage.

The truth is only 30GB limit is there and in that also you have a limit for number of files you can have.

It is a fraud company to snatch money from me they have upgraded one of my plan to highest plan they had.
They have increased my plan value from (510+GST) Rupees/Year to (26609) rupees/Year without my consent and without any notification

Now they have kept all of my web development projects i have developed since last 8+ years.

Positive: They make fools of users by putting unlimited storage in their plans.

The replies are irrelevant but they reply fast.

Negative: They are making you fool by claiming to have unlimited storage.
The truth is only 30GB limit is there and in that also you have a limit for number of files you can have.

You won't even be able to run a single WordPress site on even top end plan their CPU usage goes 100% on very light and simple WordPress site, Their cache doesn't work correctly, and server response time is really really high.

When you will raise a concern they won't listen and give the excuse that your website is not optimised. but I am a developer and system administrator with 10+ years of experience.

They will reply to you really fast but not resolve any of your issues.

Basically, their support never supports.

You will die asking them for support but they will keep replying the same thing.

In the past 3 years 2 times, they have deleted all my website's data and databases. 2 times they they have just deleted just all databases.

I have never seen this on any other hosting in my 10+ years of career as a developer and system administrator.

If you ask them why you have done that?
They will simply reply that you that buy a backup plan.

They are really unprofessional. Their official reply to your emails looks like some undergraduate is replying.
Their English is good other than that they don't have any knowledge, manners and they don't even understand the pain of a user.
