    It’s got potential but also glitches

    Summary: Overall, I like HoneyBook but I have been considering other alternative options. The competitor, Dubsado, has had great reviews and I’ve been thinking about making the switch but I do recall Dubsado wasn’t quite as user intuitive so I’m not sure.

    Positive: It’s an all-in-one, excellent CRM that does just about everything I need. The structure of it is nice, and the interface and customization options. It still makes my life easier, regardless of the glitches.

    Negative: The emails to some of my clients go to their junk folder and they can’t find a way to get them to go to inbox. I can’t set specific milestones and have had glitches with that payment option. Lastly, I want to use smart files but they don’t quite look as good as I’d like for them to. I wish I could attach larger pdfs instead for my pricing guide.
