    Summary: Do not recommend. While the product may be fine for some people, the apparently know it isn't for many so they do not allow refunds. I would not suggest paying the annual fee. If you want out, you're screwed.

    Positive: Decent product if you use it. I found I didn't use it. I was looking for a handy monthly chore list for my home, and it is pretty good in that respect. But then I never used it so wanted to opt out.

    Negative: No refunds. I was automatically charged the renewal fee without warning it was coming due, and the price increased to $79 without warning me of that either. Now I am out $79 for a product I don't want and they won't refund.
