Positive: Great interface and easy-to-use! Customer service is also very fast. I had some concerns about the security of funds and they reassured me within 24 hours. Would recommend.

Negative: None yet. I was worried about fund security, but they reassured me.

Summary: I've been a Hodlnaut customer for about 1 year and hands down it's the best platform in the interest-earning space. Very satisfied with the experience! *Everything* they have advertised has been delivered flawlessly.
Excellent APRs on the high end of the market, if not the highest. No deposit fees, no fee for swapping coins (tight spread, but always check the quote anyway).
In fact Token Swap is a game changer for Hodlnaut when you realize the options it opens up with your crypto. They have also introduced an option to choose what asset your interest is paid in. I'm still trying to strategize this one!

The withdrawal fees are reasonable, but if you're transacting in small Bitcoin (or ERC 20 amounts, watch out, the withdrawal fee may eat into your interest gains. This is not a fair practice in my opinion. Withdrawing 50 USD of BTC should not cost the same for a whale withdrawing 50,000 USD in BTC. The fees should also be variable and closer to actual network fees. In the big picture it is borderline manageable for small shrimp who could negate their interest earned by doing 1 withdrawal. I do enjoy there being no lockups on your deposits. All transactions were virtually instant.

The website interface is clean and clear. I look forward to The release of the iOS app and subsequent Android mobile app.

Hodlnaut offers 2FA login for extra client-side security. They seem to take server side security seriously and do not use Hot Wallets. I also like the whitelist withdrawal address feature.

Customer service is top notch at Hodlnaut. I've had every question personally answered in less than 24 hours (def not a bot) and also have had any feedback I suggested be answered and taken seriously. They have a good social media presence (Twitter, reddit, FB) and I feel that I am doing business with a team rather than an anonymous smart contract.

I would like to see an improved and more specific ToS however. I know that in the Crypto space there are security and loan-side risks. But since Hodlnaut is trying to be a forward facing service company, I would appreciate more information on their criteria for how they lend our crypto out and some examples of how they would handle a malicious incident.

EDIT: China is a very unpredictable place right now as far as cryptocurrency laws and enforcement go. Hodlnaut needs to address this in writing to the customers. It's added risk without increased reward.

Otherwise, I have no complaints. It has been a very worthwhile decision since the first day of my journey with Hodlnaut. I have deposited , withdrawn, swapped many times and never had a single issue. The earnings are true. I would definitely recommend Hodlnaut to others looking for great rates, a great team and an evolving set of features. Here's to another year! Summary: Overall experience is good. There is no deposit fee and the withdraw fee is justifiable. It's comply to Monetary Authority of Singapore guideline.

I did my research before getting here, I found this had the perfect balance of trust and higher rates on the more popular coins

Positive: The payout has more clarity and it has been added on time always which is definitely commendable.

Negative: The variety of coins on offer can definitely be improved. Coins like ADA, MATIC need to be added ASAP.

Summary: One of the best option to choose especially if you want to earn from BTC or ETH. For stablecoins there is better option.

Negative: The only see that I don't like is the withdraw fee but with good ratio it doesn't really matter.

Summary: In order to sum up, I think that clearly the pros are much better than the cons. They provide a great platform with so good APYs and the con of the app they will probably solve it a not so much time.
