Summary: Hero is pretty straight forward and easy to use.
It has all major suppliers only lacking a few smaller ones.
Would definitely recommend to any industry partners.

Positive: System is pretty much self explaining and quick to get a hang of it.
The search option for locations and departure dates is very helpful.

Life availability bookings are very efficient.

Negative: Missing some smaller suppliers from certain areas.
No option to add a booking fee product for administrative side.

Summary: Overall a good booking system to use. Great design and easy to use. I would recommend this in the future.

Positive: I like that you can save your preferred products. I also like the fact it's straight forward to use.

Negative: Can be quite slow processing group bookings it takes a while to generate the vouchers.

Summary: Apart from a few things I love using hero, everything at your finger tips. Easy to view products, description of products.

Positive: I like that everything is just a a button away for anywhere in Australia. Easy to research products. Like the description information page.

Negative: I don't like booking family bookings where I have to change the ages to make it a family booking. This should be an automatic booking of 2 adults and 2 kids.

I don't like that once you are cashed out you can't cancel the cash out .

Summary: Great booking website. Really easy to use and great support team! Tours can be found easily and there are a lot of great weekly reports available to keep track of your commission and earnings. Would highly recommend using hero travels for your bookings :)

Positive: I love using hero travels for my bookings. It’s super easy to handle and the support team always gets back to me really fast and helps me if I have troubles setting sth up. I really like how easy it is to book with hero travels. Specially when it comes to receiving payments. You have so many options and they also provide you with an online payment link for customers. I really like that they prepare a receipt for them and the tickets. Would highly recommend using hero travels for bookings!! :)

Negative: I often can’t find tours when it comes to not so popular destinations and I wish I could manually adjust my net rate to make it easier and faster when I negotiated a special deal with a supplier.

Summary: Helpful staff, online via chat or on the phone if assistance is needed, easy to handle, good overview about products..

Positive: Easy to understand, best overview and search options for products. It lets you search for companies and single products.

Negative: Once the day shift is closed you cannot print the report anymore.

Summary: Great system for both admin and user - would t hesitate to recommend. The team have always been super helpful and listen to any feedback given.

Summary: My experience has been very positive.
The software and service have been excellent and I will continue to work with Hero into the future. Their ethics are in a good place and hopefully the product keeps improving.

Negative: There is virtually nothing I don't like. For the free access you cannot go wrong.

Summary: It is an awesome tool to unable travel agent and suppliers to work closely and effectively, I recommend to all my travel agent colleague to jump on Hero and try this amazing system.

Positive: User-friendly, very easy to get used to it, and if any issues the live chat team is always on point and quick to fix any problem which can occur.

Negative: Some missing product on the platform but we noticed an improvement over the past years.

Summary: Fantastic system I have been using it with our company Cheap Az Travel for several years now after switching from a different system.

The Hero platform is extremely easy to use and if you ever need help with anything they're always there with a very fast response rate.
