Negative: It opens a quote when you are looking at products , Not all local products are on there yet.

Summary: Hero is pretty straight forward and easy to use.
It has all major suppliers only lacking a few smaller ones.
Would definitely recommend to any industry partners.

Positive: System is pretty much self explaining and quick to get a hang of it.
The search option for locations and departure dates is very helpful.
Quick support via life chat or email.
Life availability bookings are very efficient.

Negative: Missing some smaller suppliers from certain areas.
No option to add a booking fee product for administrative side.

Summary: Overall a good booking system to use. Great design and easy to use. I would recommend this in the future.

Positive: I like that you can save your preferred products. I also like the fact it's straight forward to use.

Negative: Can be quite slow processing group bookings it takes a while to generate the vouchers.

Summary: Apart from a few things I love using hero, everything at your finger tips. Easy to view products, description of products.

Positive: I like that everything is just a a button away for anywhere in Australia. Easy to research products. Like the description information page.

Negative: I don't like booking family bookings where I have to change the ages to make it a family booking. This should be an automatic booking of 2 adults and 2 kids.

I don't like that once you are cashed out you can't cancel the cash out .
