Developers can simply change the Chain ID to enjoy faster executions of EVMs identical at bytecode level. They can easily migrate to Harmony using their familiar Web3 tooling. What about users? Users can use MetaMask and Ledger as usual, but they will now only have to pay minimal fees. Any Ethereum portal or wallet can work on Harmony without any code modifications or new installs.
