    Positive: Usually we used to estimate concrete and rebar using shear 97 & excel format. Haqq takeoff is the future generation version estimation software which is easy to use and once you scale the pdf sizes and you can get actual dimensions of the elements. Haqq takeoff is fast paced estimation software that can help you to bid concrete and rebar at the same time. The automation tools in the rebar entry process are very easy to Copying and pasting rebar from one element to another And the automated calculations for quantities and required lap splices based on selected psi values? It has streamlined my workflow and significantly reduced the time for estimation works.

    Negative: Sometimes server down than nothing else problem with the Haqq takeoff.
