    Expensive DOS type outdated software

    Summary: Expensive, low tech DOS type software that is very unintuitive! Every time I use this software, I feel like I have stepped back in time -- except for the monthly cost for this software.

    Positive: Tech support is the only positive aspect of this software. My support issues are always resolved in a timely fashion.

    Negative: Very old architecture that requires you to constantly open/close tabs to do simple functions that should be able to be accomplished on one screen.
