    Best Customer Service in the Industry

    Summary: We have used GreenSpark for about a year now. Not only is their software top notch I have never had a company provide better service than them. They are not only a phone call away (and many companies say this but in reality we all know how that goes) but respond to your problem or issue immediately on the phone call. There has never been any "we will get to this" or "let me see what can be done". I can not recommend them enough.

    Positive: Ease of use.
    Customizable for individual needs.
    Easy reporting/audit.
    GREAT SUPPORT.
    RESPONSIVE to needs.

    Negative: I can only say that there have been a few minor issues (but those have been addressed and corrected immediately).
