    Summary: As a partner it is important that you can rely on someone as a tech partner, specially when you have clients for whom you need to create automated bots. Use cases like onboarding new employees to our client's company showed that this technology is here to stay.

    Positive: Good pricing, possibility to create bots using Figma and Miro like approach. It is one of the better chatbot and voice bots solutions out there.
