Mio Vigneto Products is proud announce Grape Ripeness Logger. This software product is the first in a series that will help vineyard managers and winemakers improve wine quality. This software will allow Vineyard Managers and Winemakers to keep accurate and organized records for each block, variety, and vineyard year after year. The Grape Ripeness Logger user interface is designed to be used on both tablet and desktop computers. Data can be entered as the grapes sugars, TA and pH are tested. The Vineyard Data screen allows you to enter the vineyard owner and data. A directory is created using the vineyard name, subdirectories containing grape variety and sample location. The Grape Data screen allows you to enter grape data such as pH, Brix, and TA. This then calculates Balance or Ripeness. All data can be displayed and saved in a spreadsheet format. The Harvest Date can be calculated using target Brix, pH, and TA.
