Summary: It is a good product and works well with state needed forms as well as its ease of use. If you have any issues, they have many online tutorials that go through the process in a visual manor in which my secretary and teachers love.

Positive: Very easy to learn and use. It has all the needed parts to have a school run efficiently and accurately. Its cost is good for the size any type of school we have in Indiana.

Negative: At times the yearly change can be hard. I like to set up the coming year in the early summer.

Summary: Gradelink has simplified keeping track of grades, students, contact info, and attendance much easier. I have used this for many years and continually see the company always working to improve the program.

Positive: My school has been using Gradelink for quite a few years now, and it keeps improving. It is so nice to not have to sit and calculate grades manually at the end of each grading period. If anyone is missing assignments and I have used the "IC" for that assignment, it's easy to print out whatever assignments are missing. I also like the way the parents and students can also keep track of how they are doing and how parents can set up automatic emails for certain grades--both good and not so good ones. If I need to contact a parent, I can easily do it through Gradelink.
Gradelink keeps improving and adding other helpful tools for teachers and office workers.

Negative: It would be nice if when the attendance is done initially in homeroom, other teachers could see who was absent or may be in later on their individual class attendance page for that subject. Our secretary puts notes in but we don't see that on the attendance page--we can only see it on the grading page.

Summary: I love that we are using this system for our school. It is extremely easy to put in grades, and to email either a whole class of students or individual students.

Positive: I love how I can easily put in grades and email either whole classes or individual students. I love how Gradelink lets me send the same email to students one at a time so as to avoid repeatedly typing.

Negative: Gradelink is either very difficult to find the report I am looking for or it is not user friendly enough. I have had difficulty trying to find the report that graphs a student's progress. This is VERY helpful to show parents.

Summary: The website is easy to use for someone that didn’t have to go through training. There are lots of features I have yet to use. It would be great if the interface was updated and if the app on my iPhone and iPad worked.

Positive: I like how the app is easy to use, and I am able to access information from years past. It is easy to learn how to use the overall software.

Negative: The iOS app for my iPad/iPhone does not work. Zooming in on a device other than the laptop causes it to not scroll completely up or down.

Summary: Worked well for our school in our first year, we liked the features we have used so far and the process to share things to next year seems like it will go smoothly as well.

Positive: Easy to use, super helpful resources easily available to answer questions. All questions I submitted to support were answered quickly.

Negative: I wish there was the option to have a combined teacher/admin profile rather than having 2 logins for the different roles.
Some days it seems to log me out faster than others, but that could be my computer not Gradelink.

Summary: We are extremely pleased with the Gradelink software. We especially appreciate how easy it is to get help from their support team when needed.

Positive: Gradelink allows the teachers and the office to enter information that can be used for reports, audits, budgets, and much more. The Smart Send feature allows us to communicate with our students and parents via email, text, and voice messaging. Report cards and transcripts are professional and easy to read. Gradelink continues to look for ways to improve their software to keep up with the needs of the teachers, students, and office staff.

Negative: Gradelink continues to improve its products, however, the training videos could be updated to reflect the new offerings.

Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the Gradelink product! I’m thankful for a reliable produce that can assist me with managing my class metrics

Positive: Gradelink has allowed me to streamline and stay on top of my assignment grading. I love their product!

Negative: I wish I could I close more feedback on specific assignments I am grading. This would streamline my feedback to students.

Summary: Gradelink overall is a great platform. Many features on it. Always adding more options for the classroom setting.

Positive: The platform is very easy to use for parents and for school users. The reports we can create from it are very useful.

Negative: I would like it to be more mobile-friendly. Meaning, that parents can complete the online registration from their mobile devices.

Summary: Gradelink has provided us with necessary services at a reasonable price. The key elements that are helpful are the training videos and the prompt replies by their support staff.

Positive: I appreciate the ease of use, the cost factor, and the ability to communicate with parents regarding attendance, emergency situations, grades, and general information.

Negative: Initially, it takes time to enroll students, but once that is completed, new enrollments take very little time.

Summary: Many options are included with the product, and video supports are great. The program is very easy to use. It provides great video tutorials. I would highly recommend the product.

Summary: In conclusion, I would rate Gradelink a 4.95 out of 5 stars, if that were the grading scale used. No product is perfect, but I have seen firsthand the attention to our school concerns and the willingness to work together to solve issues and move forward in a positive direction. I highly recommend Gradelink for consideration, whether you are using a different platform or seeking your first school management system!

Positive: Gradelink makes running a school the easiest part of my job daily! From student & family information gathering & management, to attendance and grade tracking, to form submission and general communication, Gradelink gives you the tools to be confident and very successful. Need to find a phone number? Done. Need to print a transcript or update a permanent record? Done. Re-enrollment using completely online methods and doing away with the mounds of paperwork? Done. I have used other school management software, and Gradelink surpasses them all!

Negative: When first using Gradelink, like any other new product you hope for good training tips, videos and live support. Initially I would say that this area was lacking a bit. But in the time I have been a user, these concerns have been addressed sufficiently and have become a strong suit of Gradelink’s management platform.

Summary: My overall experience has been amazing! Gradelink has changed my life in terms of organization and productivity!

Positive: I love how I can store all my student’s data into Gradelink like their personal information, attendance, grades etc. It also has opportunities for teachers to post content in terms of lesson plans and worksheets!

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was losing my teacher pages after a year, I wish there was a way to store them for multiple years.

Summary: This is a fantastic program. Before this, I was pencil and paper for my lesson plans, parent communication, and grade book.

Positive: I liked having one place to go to complete lesson plans, enter grades. and communicate with parents.

Negative: I haven't figured out how to transfer my lesson plans from one year to the next.

Summary: Gradelink has been a fantastic addition to our school's communication. Parents can easily access the information needed, and it has streamlined school wide and class wide communications. 100 percent pleased!!!

Positive: This program is very simple to use. The accessibility of parents and teachers alike is second to none!! Tech support is phenomenal as well. If there is something that doesn't seem to work as we need, the tech team works to make it work to the best of their ability.

Negative: Sometimes we have issues with the program working. I think its primarily a tech issue, but overall it is great.
