    Saves my time

    Edited: Nov 23 2021

Summary: I am unable to tell or be notified by Google Alerts if my client's keywords are being searched organically by others.

Positive: I have benefited from Google Alerts because it saves me the time from having to check manually the keyword results that apply to my client's pages. Allows me to have confidence in what information is out there and how it may affect new customers getting to my client's websites.

Negative: Sometimes the results aren't as specific as I would prefer, but in general covers all the bases I need.

    Consistent product without downtime

    Date: Sep 14 2021

Summary: Overall, it does exactly what I need it to. It alerts me at my set schedule about topics I care about. It's always relevant, accurate and on time.

Positive: I've had the same google alert setup for over 7 years and it still works just like the day I set it up. It's a consistent product with no downtime.

Negative: It would be neat if there were a mobile app so I wouldn't get so many alert emails.
