GoProof integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud more than any of its competitors. It makes it easier to approve creative work by allowing creatives share work through the GoProof extension. They then receive all collaborator comments and @mentions back into their Creative Cloud app.

Tiered multi-user licensing. Chargeable licences are based on the number of creative proof senders required. All collaborators are free and unlimited. Number of proofs also unlimited.

    Summary: Overall it's an amazing tool that really streamlines your proofing with customers and how you make edits.

    Positive: I like how goproof makes it super easy to get approvals from customers on designs you've made and it integrates.

    Negative: It was a little difficult to set up but wasn't bad after that.
