Summary: Overall we are happy we have left this task in the hands of Exceed Group. One less thing our IT department needs to worry about.

Positive: Easy to have monitored and setup on my technicians phones. Help desk was available when we needed them for the simply "what about" questions. When reviewing the statements, client portal very easy to understand. Probably my favorite part.

Negative: If there is anything, might want to speak with my rep more to see what upgrades and values we can add to our group.

Summary: Our experience has been great. These guys truly look out for your best interest. I've worked with 3rd parties in the past, but GoExceed takes customer service and partnership to a whole new level. Seriously, these guys are awesome.

Positive: We partnered with GoExceed to renegotiate our at&t contract. They did an incredible job. Using the mobile(x) portal we can verify that at&t is actually charging us properly based on our new contract.

Negative: None. Just wished we had starting utilizing Mobil(x) sooner.

Summary: Highly recommend Mobil(X) and the company GoExceed! Their team is amazing and very helpful with any questions we have,

Positive: Very easy to use and the team was awesome to work with. I strongly believe if you try Mobil(X) you will use it forever.

Negative: No Cons at this time for Mobil(X). We can always do more to learn on our end but that has nothing to do with GoExceed.

Summary: I couldn't be happier with choosing Mobil(X). My management is super happy with our monthly savings, I have more time in my day to focus on bigger projects, and my team now has tools that the wireless carriers didn't offer.

Positive: Mobil(X) Software provides robust reporting with great information. We have received great support from our designated specialists as well.

Negative: NO CONS. The software and solutions that GoExceed offers is second to none.

Summary: The GoExceed team has been very professional and transparent. They were able to leverage my existing wireless carrier and save my company over 7,000 per month!

Positive: The Mobil(X) Optimization portal’s incredible capability to build powerful mobility reports for my leadership has been a massive time saver. No more excel spreadsheets!

Negative: I have been completely satisfied with the GoExceed team and their incredible mobility software.

Summary: Terrific, highly recommend any company with a large mobile plan to use Mobile(X). This solution has greatly improved our operation.
