Positive: I have been with GlowHost US web host for over four months everything is ok on their shared hosting. And my traffic is continuously increasing day by day. The network uptime is great.

Negative: They offer instant account activation - this a great plus for their team. It is also 100% Mobile Ready, so I have the opportunity to manage my hosting account.

Summary: I've also used other hosting plans from GlowHost for myself and others. Occasionally I have run into minor problems but they have always been very prompt at resolving them. To their credit, they have excellent Skype support. At any rate, I like GlowHost and would gladly recommend them.

Positive: Great web host for hosting my basic websites. The ssd hosting is super fast compared the speed I have had with my previous hosting provider.

Negative: One time we had a problem and the customer support was great, they have been helpful and spend significant time on the email to assist us. Good work, dudes.

Positive: I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke the app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Negative: Some issues with apps - but that's not a fault of the provider.

Summary: They provide a lot of features but some of them come with limitations. Their customer support was polite.

Positive: Feels more like a budget option. GlowHost migration support was helpful, though. Speed is pretty fast.

Negative: I ran into memory limits with just moderate traffic, believe I need to upgrade from shared to VPS hosting account.
