Highly functional with minor quirks Date: Nov 20 2025
Summary: Through my consulting business, I use GetQR for various clients, and it has been reliable for creating trackable links for their print campaigns. It has all the functionality, but as my library of codes grows, I wish there were more robust organisation tools to keep everything neatly sorted and easily accessible.
Positive: Everything from the core features is great: dynamic codes work as expected, the tracking is accurate, and being able to download the data in multiple formats is a big plus.
Negative: The project organisation system is a bit too basic.

Streamlined our promotional efforts Date: Nov 20 2025
Summary: We launched a new product and utilised one GetQR code across all materials. The scan data was invaluable-it showed that our email list was the most engaged channel. We could never have gathered that insight before.
Positive: Using GetQR for our multi-channel campaign meant we could use one consistent code everywhere. The analytics then showed us exactly which channel was performing best: social media, flyers, email.
Negative: The first process of understanding the difference between a static and dynamic code could be made more comprehensible on the very page of code creation.

a powerful platform for creators Date: Nov 18 2025
Summary: I place QR codes in my YouTube video descriptions, linking to either sponsored products or my newsletter. GetQR lets me change those links post-publication, which is important. The analytics give a sense of which videos are driving the most clicks. It's an essential tool in my content creation workflow, but I'd love more white-label control.
Positive: The strongest asset for me is the dynamic functionality of the QR code: as a content creator, I use them in my video descriptions, so if I need to update a link, I can do so without having to edit the video itself.
Negative: I would like more extensive branding options, including white-labeling for the premium tiers. The possibility to remove GetQR branding from the scan page completely would be an excellent option to have for creators building their brand.

exactly what my small business needed Date: Nov 18 2025
Summary: I have a small bakery, and we use GetQR for our window sign. We change our specials daily, and now we just update the link of the QR code instead of printing a new menu every day. It saves us so much time and paper. The customers love the convenience, and it was incredibly easy to set up.
Positive: I enjoy how easy it is to make a QR code, print it on my marketing materials, and never have to think about the link being wrong or outdated. Being able to edit the destination URL is a game-changer. The dashboard is pretty straightforward, so I figured out everything without looking at tutorials.
Negative: The design templates are great, but I'd love to see a few more modern, minimalist frame options to choose from. The current selection is workable, but a style refresh would be welcome for brands prioritizing sleek aesthetics.

Made our event check-in seamless Date: Nov 17 2025
Summary: For the check-in at our company event with 500 people attending, getQR streamlined everything. We printed individual codes on badges, and the staff used their phones to scan everybody in. The real-time count was a lifesaver. It's been far smoother than paper lists, and the data export options after the event were just perfect.
Positive: We used GetQR for attendee check-in at our corporate retreat, and it went flawlessly. We created unique codes for each attendee, and it instantly scanned them-even when hundreds of people arrived all at once. In real time, we were able to see who checked in instantly through the analytics.
Negative: It would be good, for bulk generation, if it were possible to customize each code during the first upload, such as choosing a name or other metadata directly when creating it, not afterwards.

Perfect for tracking marketing materials Date: Nov 14 2025
Summary: As a marketer, showing results to the client is everything. GetQR gives me just the concrete data I need. We used it for a direct mail campaign, and the scan analytics showed way better engagement than we expected, allowing us to make on-the-fly adjustments to the campaign budget. Invaluable for data-driven decisions.
Positive: The analytics are the real star of the show here. By tracking scans over time, I can prove definitive ROI on our printed flyers and direct mail pieces. It's easy to create a batch of codes for different campaigns; managing them all from one dashboard is saving me hours.
Negative: I also wouldn't mind a few more pre-built templates for reports. I can export the data, but to have some kind of one-click PDF report generator for clients would be a nice touch for agency use.

So easy to use and highly effective Date: Nov 13 2025
Summary: I used GetQR for a local cafe menu. It was so simple to set up, and now the owners can update their menu anytime without my help. The peace of mind knowing the link won't break, and the easy scan tracking is worth every penny. Highly recommended for small businesses.
Positive: The entire process-from signing up to generating my first dynamic QR-took less than five minutes. The dashboard is supremely easy to use. The fact that the prices are also transparent, with no hidden fees, is really rare for such a feature-filled tool.
Negative: The free plan is a bit limited with regard to the number of scans it tracks. On one successful campaign, I hit the limit fairly quickly, but it was easy to upgrade and the paid plans are reasonably priced.

Just what i needed for my art project Date: Nov 12 2025
Summary: The GetQR platform made it really easy for me to connect physical pieces with digital content for my public art project. I created dozens of codes, and the hi-res SVG files were key to large-scale printing. They look crisp and clear. It removed all the technical stress from the creative process.
Positive: I was in need of creating QR codes for an interactive installation piece, and the number of high-resolution download formats was a real dream come true: PNG, SVG, EPS. The codes printed perfectly on most surfaces without any pixelation. The straightforward pricing was a godsend.
Negative: The template library for code frames and shapes is decent, and I feel that it could be expanded with a few more artistic or abstract options. For a highly creative project, I ended up designing around the basic frames.

great for our event marketing campaigns Date: Nov 11 2025
Summary: We utilized GetQR for a multi-city conference campaign. Being able to change the destination URL after we printed the posters was key for last-minute updates. The scan data helped us understand which city's marketing was most effective. It is a robust platform that delivered precisely what we needed to track an event professionally.
Positive: The ability to create dynamic QR codes and performance tracking with detailed analytics has been a real game-changer regarding promotion for our conferences. We can see which channels drive the most scans and adjust our strategy in real time. The high-quality downloads in SVG format mean our printed materials look professional.
Negative: I wish the analytics dashboard would give a few more options for filtering, such as segmenting scan data by specific time frames in a more granular sense. It's good for a high-level overview, but deeper dives require a bit more manual work.
