You can meet with clients online, instead of meeting in person. Your client will receive an email with a link inviting him to join the Zoom meeting when you start it at the time of the appointment. To enforce your cancellation policy, you can set up online cancellations rules. You can ask clients to call you if they need to cancel their appointment within 24 hours. Reserving availability for existing clients will ensure that they return. You can easily distinguish between existing and new clients in your work schedule. If the appointments are for quick adjustments, chiropractors can see three or more patients in 15 minutes. Our platform allows you schedule all three patients at 10AM. This way, you can see each patient on a first-come, first-served basis. A late arrival won't affect the schedule.
