It is not difficult to get leads. It's not the problem. The problem is knowing which leads will turn into revenue and which ones will be a waste of your marketing budget. Your CRM system may not show you the source of your web lead sources if you're like most businesses. This could lead to you spending a lot of marketing budget on low-quality leads who don't convert.
