Negative: - I wish it remembered the text settings for the document. Every time, I am adding text in a new text box, the text size and font go back to default Helvetica and 12. I wish if I have changed it once, it can retain the settings for the entire document.

Summary: I love Foxit because they designed the software with the end user in mind! It’s cost effective and easy to use.

Positive: It was easy to upload and edit documents. Very convenient and everything was easy to use. The functions allowed me to get the job done quickly.

Negative: It's kind of pricy if you only will use it once in a while.

Summary: I really love Foxit PDF Editor! I had struggled to find a good PDF editing program. They were either glitchy, cumbersome, or couldn't do what I needed to do... or they would cost an arm and a leg! I love that Foxit is very easy to use. I did not have to research or even look for the Help or How-to section. If you've used the more economical PDF editing software before, you know you have to jump through hoops or find work-arounds to get it to do what you want it to do sometimes. But this was easy to use right from the get go. I also love that you can purchase a one time license instead of having to purchase a subscription. Really, I cannot say enough about how much I love this program. There are cheaper versions available, but after struggling through them, I can say this one has all you need for the right price.

Summary: Overall I give the app Foxit 5 stars. Well in that case, I would give 10 stars.

Positive: Everything I need is in one place! Rather easy to edit or convert into a pdf. There's a huge list of things I like about it.

Negative: It costs way too much I'm sorry but I'd be willing to pay a lot less for it.

Summary: Foxit as my review clearly shows is more pros than cons to be honest. It allows the user to create and edit any file type as well as other features that are super simple to use. I would tell anyone to definitely use this product if they can afford it.

Positive: There are so many pros about Foxit. It can be used to work with different types of documents such as pdf, doc, jng, etc. You can can fill-in forms and sign electronically. Foxit can be used to edit the layout. You can create, merge and edit anything easily.

Negative: It is really hard to think of any cons to be honest. I would say the only con would be the semi expensive pricing.

Summary: Foxit PhantomPDF offers three packages. What makes them unique isn't particularly clear. It's fairly easy to fall into the trap of paying for more than you need. However, the Standard package seems to do everything lawyers need (primarily, Bates Numbering). No client has ever requested any of the functionality offered by the other packages.

If you're looking for a quality (fast, reliable, no-hassle) PDF editor, PhantomPDF is it. One of the best features is simply its pricing. It's a single, one-time payment. Then, the product works forever; it's yours.

Foxit does offer an upgrade protection plan, which is reasonably priced and has always worked for my clients as advertised.

The biggest downside for many clients is that there is no iOS or macOS version. In a mixed environment, this is problematic. The client has to call back to the office for someone else to make changes or they need to have a different PDF editor for these systems.

As an Administrator, a huge nuisance is installing the software on a new computer. There is no easy way to find your version to download without creating an account. It may not be true, but this seems like an attempt to get you to buy the latest version or to push sales at you once they have your account information.

I have only ever had to reach out to their support to sort out version downloads and volume licensing. In those cases, Foxit has been very responsive.
