Summary: Overall, Forwardly is my favorite vendors bill pay platform. Overall very good platform for small business owners with businesses registered in the United states and very affordable. I use it regularly and recommend it to all my known MSPs and IT service providers that need an AP solution. I love that it is easy to use, cost efficient, and has a good support team to answer questions.
Positive: Forwardly is so good designed. It is easy to use and review payments or vendors and find the information that I need. If I ever have a question or concern, the support team is just a few clicks away.
Negative: I still need to use my bank for international payments as I can only send free payments via ACH or card transfers and USA businesses only. No phone support though but I found video calls are more than enough.

Summary: I highly recommend it to other businesses. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get your payment, this is the platform.
Positive: Easy-to-use platform, onboarding was a breeze. Within a day I was able to request the payments from my clients.
Negative: Relatively new platform, but I can't think of any at this point.

Summary: It is a great platform for a small business and much satisfied with it's performance. Looking forward to what they would add to the features next.
Positive: Very user friendly. Account setup was smooth. Payment processing is super easy & quick which improved the cash flow.
Negative: First couple of payments for each client took time but got better & faster with time.

Summary: Very happy customer since May 2024. It was a pleasant experience dealing with their support team. Sometimes it feels like too much communication happening from their side making me feel bad :)
Positive: I was paying all my bills through Chase and I am surprised to see the time automation has saved us. Easy to use with my Quickbooks.
Negative: Every payment needs an OTP and it was a challenge during my overseas trip

Summary: Terrible, we onboarded with them a couple of months before sending any invoices, when it came time to receive payment they were requesting bank statements (which they already have access to through plaid), they also wanted a copy of customer contracts to verify payments. Very phishy business practices, no actual human support.
Positive: It seemed simple enough, sign up, link the bank, start sending invoices. They make it sounds very easy…
Negative: When it actually came time for customers to pay, they reported website slowness, difficulty linking/verifying their bank info. When it comes to support, it’s non existent. The only option they have is email support, don’t expect a fast response either.

Summary: They have the money and I am without a way of getting my money back.
Positive: The product seemed great from their advertisement but...it was awful. They took my money and then closed my account.
Negative: This was an awful ride with Forwardly. They gave me a hassle getting on and then even gave the people hassle I was paying. The final straw was they took my money that I had sent to people and then suspended all our accounts.
