Summary: Great Experience ... little more clarity on the UX piece, would help esp when you apply new themes into the existing ones.

Positive: The ease of use is the most attractive feature of this tool. Don't forget to experiment with the templates.

Negative: A little confused with the Builder option.. didn't quite understand it.

Summary: I'm satisfied with the product. It serves our basic needs and meet our requirement. The subscription plan is flexible.

Summary: Good but to great - Less time in developing one new form. We can simply copy the template of existing form and then modify it a bit.

Negative: Somehow difficult to edit the existing form with other users. The cached data will replace the other's setting. So, we need to modify the form one by one.

Request logic to work against another field value.

Summary: Formplus has been a wonderful survey platform that I am glad to have come across. It is easy to use, allows for collaboration with other members of my team, and is easy to use. Customer support is superb and they are really responsive to any issues we encounter.

Negative: Sometimes the website is a little slow when loading responses.

Summary: Excellent customer experience. I would use again if I had a similar need. For the cost, a small business can successfully use it as a highly qualified applicant tracking system.

Positive: user interface, top-notch customer service, ease of use and constant enhancements year over year - highly recommend.

Negative: Any limitations were resolved from one year to the next.

Summary: Altogether, it is an amazing and fast app. ready to go survey forms in a few minutes. The pictorial result so anyone from non-technical background can understand.

Positive: It provides an effortless way to make Google Forms. Even with no technical background, you can make very well detailed and interactive survey forms.

Negative: The free version is very basic. Paid is very amazing and have more than enough options.

Summary: The support is fantastic. I've had many experiences with their technical support and they are always very responsive. I have had some special requests that in most cases they've been able to accommodate. If I dream up something that isn't currently possible, they will do their best to help me accomplish what I need.

Positive: This product is extremely versatile and constantly improving. For the price I have not found anything that even comes close.
I use multiple forms for our company on a daily basis that streamline our workflow and productivity. Many of the new features such as customizing the exported PDF have been great. We are able to create easy to use web-based forms that automatically populate PDFs that can be automatically routed to anyone.
We are taking forms that would otherwise be shoved in a box somewhere that are now professional-looking documents that are searchable. This is great for us and our clients.

Negative: I really don't have much in the way of negative things to say. It would be nice if I could snap my fingers and they could do anything I need immediately, but I know that is an unfair expectation.

Summary: Now that we have reopened our studio doors -- with all of the many precautions required by the ongoing pandemic -- Formplus is still an integral part of our business. It allows us to keep track of and control over the numbers of students in-person and online per class, which is critical to our continued safe operation. We have made good use of some of the logic rules in building our forms to give us the information that we need.

Positive: We started using Formplus when we had to close our physical doors during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to pivot almost immediately to a fully online format for classes, registration, and payment. Prior to using Formplus, pretty much all of our transactions were handled in-person or over the phone. But, that was not an option since we were not physically in the studio any more. Formplus empowered our students to register themselves for our online classes and pay for them on an enrollment schedule or on a class-by-class basis through integration with PayPal. We were able to gather important customer data that enabled us to serve both our current students and new students who found us online during the shutdown.

Formplus was highly accessible with pricing options that fit our budget. We were able to get up and running with Formplus in a matter of just a day or two.

Negative: Some of the logic features -- which are great overall -- don't react quite the way I would hope if the customer un-checks a selection on the form.

Summary: Very happy I found this, keeps everything very organized. I have recommended to anyone that wants a simple quick easy clean software solution for their forms. I use it for HR and store operations at 3 different businesses and works great for all.

Positive: Flat pricing, easy to use, lots of save options like Google, OneDrive, Dropbox or in form+, support is amazing, less than 24 hrs to get a response every time with plenty of follow up.

Negative: Can't send a form automatic to someone each month to fill out. Have to use a workaround like Zapier.
