    Summary: Powerful and easy-to-use form builder. Premium is a bit costly on its own, but if you also use their other plugins, the free hosting (included in the paid membership), or want to use Forminator on many (client) websites, it's the most cost-efficient option.

    * Can be used on unlimited sites, even on client websites.

    Negative: * Premium is only available via the WPMU DEV membership, which is more expensive if you only want to use a form plugin on a single website.
