Formdesk allows you to create your own online forms like order forms, registration forms, order form, and survey forms. These forms can be placed on your intranet or internet site. You can also use them for e mails or social media. Formdesk forms can be found on our servers. You can refer to them by using a simple hyperlink, or iframe. Formdesk, also known as Software as a Service (Software as a Service), is a web-based tool that allows you to design forms online. Therefore, you don't need to install any software. Formdesk will send you completed forms by e-mail. You can also request confirmation messages to be sent automatically to the person who completed the form. Would you like to download a complete list of completed forms and then import it into Excel? Formdesk makes it easy to do this. Formdesk also offers secure web forms and intelligent forms. Formdesk offers all the functions you would expect in a professional form tool.

    Solid functionality though dated interface

    Summary: GDPR compliant and euro based so worth looking elsewhere if you prefer your data to be stored locally.

    That being said, all the functionalities including the ability send completed forms as PDFs and enable user managed forms with lookups + API integration (if needed and for extra $) is a huge plus!

    Have used for two years and can barely find anything else like it.

    Positive: Lots of different functionalities.
    Excellent up time.
    Works across many if not all browsers.
    Good customer service.

    Negative: User interface seems dated and some settings can be hard to locate or apply to forms properly (like skip logic or automated emails based on form responses.

    A great online based forms tool

    Summary: I've been looking at other forms solution, but think Formdesk still is ok for me and my small company.

    Positive: I've been using Formdesk for many years now. It's very stable, and has a lot of features, but some features are only available as addons - so you need to pay more, to get these addons.

    Negative: Think it could be more mobile friendly, even it has improved on this matter, but there is still a way to go, specially on the administrator site.
