    Summary: Fun and easy program. It also provide us corporate discount on wellness, gym, fitness and travel platforms. Easily customisable features. Some of its features are are gifting, reward programs, peer to peer recognition, on spot bonus, service awards. Reward dashboard can easily view metrics and analyse success.

    Positive: Fond is an employee reward program. Using this software we can appreciate or reward a hardworking employee. When an employee hit the target he get the rewards. The reward could be charitable donations, reward points and gift cards. Very easily we can redeem rewards. We can add comments views likes to increase our social connects. Quickly integrates with social tools like slack, Gmail and Outlook.

    Negative: User friendly program. Best way to get rewarded. No dislikes.

    Summary: Fond is a great rewards & recognition platform which is great for employee motivation & healthy collaboration. It has many categories of reward options & is quite simple to use. The social networking aspect is also a neat feature allowing employees to see who got recognized & rewarded.

    Negative: There should be option for custom gift cards like many websites provide to avoid leftover points
