Flyra Reviews

Flyra Description

Flyra serves as a comprehensive CRM and field service solution tailored for businesses in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning that operate through door-to-door sales. Utilizing a dynamic live map, sales representatives can drop and modify pins in real time as they engage with customers. Managers strategically allocate territories, ensuring that each rep focuses solely on their assigned areas, with detailed histories for every door available, including past objections, follow-ups, and referrals, enabling them to approach neighborhoods with informed strategies rather than relying on assumptions. Jobs are managed through a collaborative schedule that includes essential elements such as line items, photographs, checklists, signatures, and time tracking for each task. Furthermore, users can easily send estimates and invoices, accept card payments both online and in the field, and gather signatures and payment details for ongoing service plans. The emphasis on recurring revenue is central to Flyra's design, as the majority of its users are transitioning their clientele from one-time cleaning services to subscription-based models, maximizing customer retention and profitability. This approach not only streamlines operations but also enhances customer relationships by providing a consistent service experience.
